In the event of any eventuality that justifies a delay to the arrival or start of the visit or possible changes in schedule, the number of people that make up the group or any other circumstance related to the contracted service, the USER / CLIENT agrees to notify the Administrator of the website with enough time.

In the event of a change in the date or time of the guided service, the client agrees to give sufficient notice. The guide will confirm your availability whenever possible. Such changes may have some associated costs. In such cases, the guide will adequately inform the USER / CLIENT.

The change in the cost of tickets to the monuments may undergo variations, not being attributable to the guide.

The visits will always focus on the agreed itinerary. In case of having to change it, it will always be due to force majeure, such as changes in the opening hours of last minute monuments not foreseeable by the guide and other unforeseeable events, such as works in streets and / or monuments, demonstrations, official visits and roadblocks …

Similarly, it will not be attributable to the guide if it is not possible to visit a chapel in the cathedral or room in the university or other building, due to an official event in such buildings. In the case of not being able to visit a building for reasons beyond the control of the guide (closure of the building for works, official events or other causes beyond the control of the guide), alternatives will be offered to the client, and may incur associated costs.

The web administrator will send the USER / CLIENT an invoice before the start of the service.

The USER / CLIENT will make the payment upon receipt of the invoice and at least 48 hours before the start of the guided service.

The payment of the corresponding amount will be made by BANK TRANSFER and the costs generated from the bank transfer will be paid by the USER / CLIENT.


If you want to cancel the reservation of a guided service, you will have the right to a full refund if you request it more than 72 hours in advance in relation to the date of the service. If you request cancellation between 72 hours and 48 hours before the date of the contracted service, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. In both cases, the amount paid will be refunded, discounting the bank transfer costs. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not entitled to any refund.

If you do not show up at the place and time indicated in the reservation confirmation and provided that you have not been given sufficient notice of a possible arrival delay on the same day and time slot, you are not entitled to any refund.

Meteorological conditions. Tours and visits are carried out with sun or rain, bad weather not being a valid reason to cancel the service.
